Disgusting customer experience

I filled in Petrol on the 20th of December at BP Simon Vermooten at 21:15 and would like to know the following: only 2 guys were working and 2 pumps open (pump 1 and 2) ... that is not the issue...why was I being shouted at when I used pump 2 but my car is facing away from the store door. I found that very rude. My car was positioned exactly how it should (tank opening next to the nozzle), I am told that all cars my face towards the shop just because it can "cause" traffic, a lady was forced to reverse and face the other direction also and to my surprise it was not busy. And your petrol attendants when I ask them they tell I will not understand and there is absolutely nothing I can do about the rudeness towards customers forcing them to face a certain direction. I find this disgusting. If they want to "free traffic" why not open another pump instead of harassing customers?
