Disgusted

I went to the BP on Bram Fischer the other day..

Walked into the store to grab a few things. Where to my dismay I was met with a rude imployee and I walked away feeling disgusted.

Paints the scenario above:

Now the rude employee sat on her phone watching a video bare in mind theirs no one at her till. I asked she's busy with cash up are you not going to help me. She said I put the food on that side I must wait. So instead of reaching and scanning my goods I got an executive summary of how their system works. Are you ****ting me that you will sit on your phone and do nothing to serve me. Yes.

So I left without buying what I had origanily came in for.

Never use the BP again I'll use the Malinbongwe BP because there I know Lettie, Julia, Francia, Patrick oh and Norman who has left but knew me for many years still texts me.

Scariest thing is this will fall on deaf ears. Another customer who will move on with life. What will head office do when the root of that behavior is management itself.

For a child only acts within the firm boundaries the parents set.

Actually disgusted. That's like the petrol pump guy saying I'm not helping you because we as the petrol guys said I'll only do this one and you do that one only. Hmmm
