Disappointing Service

I visited BP garage in Bloemanda , Bloemfontein around 22h00 to buy electricity. When I got to the Kiosk I was told that I need to pay R1.00 extra if I buy electricity then when I took out my debit card to pay I was told that at night they only take CASH no one is allowed to pay with card even when u pay for petrol. I was very much disappointed and frustrated to come think of it very few people carry cash now around nowadays. What a disappointing service for such a brand.
