Disappointing Experience

Good day, I'd like to report the unfairness treatment I'm getting from BP Colchester. They've damaged my Toyota Fortuner engine by putting a Petrol (unleaded 95) instead of a Diesel. I bought the car brand new and has never given me problems. I re-filled the fuel with them in April, and the damage was discovered by the Mechanic that looked at it as the car was dead (not starting at all) the following day after I've re-filled.

On his investigations he discovered that the injectors are damaged and on further investigations discovered that the cause was that there was a Petrol in the petrol tank. Fortunately, I knew the last fuel station I've used, and they printed me the receipt as a proof.

I've settled the Mechanic expenses as he wanted a huge amount of deposit upfront before he carries on with the work. I've been liaising with Bp Cholchester with no luck, I've escalated the matter to Bp head office. They've asked me to send all the documents they needed, and I did that immediately.

I've escalated again to Bp head office last week, wanted them to give me the turnaround time on resolving this matter. Up until now, it's the 4th month now without this being resolved. I'm really disgusted with the way they are treating me whereas they've wronged me and damaged my car.

All I'm asking is for Bp Colchester to replace this engine that will go deeper in my pocket as per the report I've handed in to them. They can take this damaged Engen and own it; I don't want it. My job needs me to have a reliable transport and as a female I cannot be sitting with the car that is giving problems. Also, they need to re-imburse all the expenses I've settled with the Mechanic due to their negligence.

I really trusted this brand as I was using it quite often but now, they are showing me that they don't care about their clients. I must say they are losing me as their client; I'll never put my life at risk and in danger again by using them. The car could have burn the day I was driving from that fuel station. That is how serious this is, and they are taking it very light.
