Disappointed client

BP advertised a promotion for their 100 years in RSA what you had to do was fill up 4 times with BP petrol for R 600 or more to qualify your 1st formula 1 model, there are 4 models available and you had to register the purchases with Pick and Pay Smart Shopper I have done this and sent proof of the purchases withh the P&P slips to them and I got a reference number ***6. I have sent them emails and I get no response. I have fulfilled the criteria and i qualify for my model but the is no reply or response from BP. I have been a client of theirs for 50 years at least and I have promised the model to my grand son. I feel that they mustand at least comminicate with me.
