Disappointed

I purchased 2 groupon vouchers, one for the car wash and another for the coffee and ****in, but I wanted to check what time the car wash closes before planning my trip. I then called in to enquire what time the car wash closes and was informed they close at 5pm, however since I was living in Centurion, I had to plan my drive there. I went to Menlyn Mall since I thought its on the way and thereafter arrived at 350pm. However to my disaapointment the employees says that they close at 4 and cannot wash my car, utterly disappointed, I then told them that I was told it closes at 5pm and now why 4 pm, they said 4pm and thereafter made an 'excuse' that there is no soap left. That is why I did not support the garage to have coffee or fill petrol.
