Despicable service

This morning I only went to put air in my wheels as it was very flat. I was late for work and explained to the attended he just has to pull the harp cap aside to find the air pipe. He told me it's against their policy. I did it myself, he proceeded very slowly so the supervisor passed by making comments in isiXhosa that he shouldn't patch my wheel time is running. The attendant kept complaining about the supervisor's comments and I called the supervisor, he walked away ignoring me. I followed him in to the store, he went in the office where I couldn't speak to him and the staff tried to negotiate with me not wanting to call him. The supervisor is rude, thinking I don't understand what he said and very unfriendly. He treats his staff and clients with so much disrespect I am furious that a garage in the entrance of King Williams Town has such despicable service. BP garage Alexandra road is the worst now, the previous supervisor was way better and I always got friendly helpful service there. I am a teacher, today I arrived at school late, with dirty hands because I had to help myself because of the ridiculous statement, "it's against our policy" a WHOLE POLICY TO PUT AIR IN A WHEEL!!!!!!!
