Denied access to use bathroom

I went to Bp Mamelodi gardens putting petrol , i quickly went inside the shop to use their bathroom . i asked one of the cashiers where were the bathrooms . she told me i must ask security guard for the keys and the security guard told me that he was given instruction from the store not to give bathroom keys after ten at nite. i ask myself if they dont allow people to use bathrooms at night why are they opening 24 hours .<br> <br> i was so disappointed , i contacted their manager(sophie) yesterday to find out why dont they allow people to use bathrooms , she said she was going to call me yesterday and she never said . it is quite clear that these people dont care about customer services .
