Damaged og our bukky and doesn't take responsibili

We used the above BP garage as our fuel supplier to the company cars.<br> On the 20th February 2014 we filled in petrol and the next day the car started jurking and performed lack of power..<br> We took the car to be checked at Lynco Diesel pump service and the diagnose was that the injector pump is the cause, there were water internally etc.. on their report the wrote that the result of these failures can only come from contaminated fule. the cost of the repair was R11673.60<br> When we took it further to Limpop toyota they asked BP to invstigate.. the reply was that they busy with the investigation. since then till today, dispite all our e-mails the issue of the investigation neither the payment for fixing the car as a result of the damage they caused us - is not resolved.<br> <br> We wonder if you cna help us with this regards as we find it as a very bad service from a supplier that diesn't take any responsibilty to the damage he did.
