Customers Pay for toilet facilities-Cient service?

I've just filled up my vehicle, spent R700 then in the express shop did some shopping. Then I get asked to PAY to use the bathroom? Really? surely that is the minimum a SERVICE station should do?<br> <br> I Have had the same problem at BP in Newlands Avenue. It's not about the R2 one is required to pay and more about service that is expected. BAD BP! Pull your socks !
