customer harrassed by staff member

On Tuesday the 26th of September at about 5:30pm a guy by the name of Senzo a petrol attendant working there because of a personal incident happening between us outside of working hours had the audacity to harass me and threaten me with my life cussing at me and calling me names, what I did not appreciate is the fact that I went to quietly lay a complaint about him because everything happened outside his work place with customers around that know him and for him to behave in the manner of wanting to assault a woman and especially since I am a customer there I do not feel safe purchasing anything there anymore, because of the harassment I got and spoke to the managers there by the name of Sibongile and Gerald all they could tell me was that he was out of uniform and was off. I mean customers know him as he is working there and by him behaving in that ill mannered way on site with cameras around and threatening me with my life and nothing has been done about it which is really upsetting me because it means everybody can be treated in that way. I need this matter to be sorted out as I am very irritated that a staff member that is suppose to treat all clients in a good manner is actually breaching his contract and not practising what they preach and nothing is done about it makes me wonder what people they have employed that are so disrespectful and so ill mannered. something needs to be done about this as I am a customer and I do not want this to happen to anyone else most of my colleagues are afraid to go and purchase anything there anymore because of the staff there. why do they keep people like that? I really need something to be done about this
