Customer Complaint

Customer Complaint regarding Antonita Barcelos (Manager) from the BP Service Station in Strubensvallei.

As a regular and loyal customer, I'm am utterly disgusted in the way this manager treats customers as well as the staff.

The Staff at BP are friendly and always willing to lend a hand to any customer that arrives at the Station.

Unfortunately this said manager has admitted she is a ****** as well as she has no respect for any of the staff at BP.

She threatens customers as well the staff and she has threatened to fire staff If there is any interaction with CERTAIN customers.

Being a regular customer at BP, the staff has mentioned how they are being treated as well as how many times the union has been at the station.

Disappointed to say this but BP has lost another customer. How many more customers have walked away / been chased away because of 1 person.?

The staff will #win over your heart but lately they feel hopeless...
