Contaminated fuel, poor follow up!!!
How dare you BP put contaminated fuel in my car causing it to stop in the middle of the road on my way to work, how dare you BP to then take 5 days to collect the contaminated specimen for testing!!! How dare you BP to have such a poorly functioning customers service department, passive in their approach and unprofessional at best, not picking calls, promising to call back and never following through, conflicting case progression reports from the two customer service ?consultants. You would swear they are running an internship training program, I thought such poor service delivery only occurs in government departments, evidently not!
So now at the end of the day, myself and two other BP customers are left without answers and , speaking for myself, without a car! As if that's not all, I'm told that they are still undecided on who will pay (garage owner or BP) if and when they are found to be at fault, so I'm to wait for them to sort out this matter internally with the same urgency they seem to be sorting out mine!
I feel that companies cannot and should not get away with such **** attitudes toward clients, this is something that really needs to be probed further.
