Contaminated fuel in my car

On the 15th November I filled my ISUZU dmax with diesel at BP Garage in East London Oxford Street on my way to fetch my daughter from Forthare University. About 40 minutes later the bakkie had a big black smoke from the exhaust. I stopped and it never started again. It got towed to Meyers Motors at isuzu and the damage cost about R96 000, we found that a few other cars on same day had the same problem with same diesel in that garage. BP admitted to footing the claims but I have been stranded for over a month now with no vehicle as BP hasn't paid Meyers yet to fix the car. I spent the whole of December without my bakie and I lost a lot as I use it to work and load my animals feed now I couldn't even load a *** for my mother in laws funeral. I am still not having my car and it's now the 27th December and factories are closed for parts. I really need assistance with this please.
