Consumer rights are taken for granted
<p>BP Brighton motors Cape Town on the 12/05/2016 I bought coffee as I was talking to the cashiers the owner walked pass me went to the back he came back as cashiers and one staff member were talking about suspects in the BMW I then laughed at them and said I know the guys are from Johannesburg and I asked them to wait for me at the garage cause they did not know were I stay. The owner came to me and said I'm not allowed in his shop I asked him the reason. He then said there are other garages that I can use but I'm not allowed to put petrol or buy in his store. I then told him that as BP client i will use his store cause he is not BP he is just franchise. He then said I must leave his store. I took my coffee and left. Where are my rights as a customer? The employees were shocked as the know that I drink coffee and put petrol in their store everyday. I have spend more than R4000 worth of petrol every month in the same store. Hope BP does something on this. Will not let that happen to me if i have to Organise a march will do. I guess that's how people that don't understand their rights get treated by this white boy. Dissappointed</p>

BP it takes you weeks to get to your customers and their complains . The only language that people in South Africa understand is strikes. Been asking myself why is like that. A rich man send his lawyers and poor man strikes. Will have to go for strike application if I have to this time will never let a man ruin my freedom in my country. I guess if I was white I could be attended so is unfortunately skin colour will forever count in my beloved Mzanzi. If I have to involve politics for this will do. Freedom fighters will love to help black person like me.
