Complaint Regarding Unusual Fuel Dispensing at William Nicol Drive BP

This morning, February 14th, 2025, at 04:36 AM, I filled my car with R400 worth of 95 unleaded fuel. However, I noticed that my fuel gauge did not reflect the full amount of fuel dispensed. When I brought this to the attention of the petrol attendant, I was advised that the gauge would increase once I started driving. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I find it concerning as this has never happened before at any petrol station.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and clarify the reason for this unusual occurrence. It would also be helpful to ensure that proper steps are taken to prevent similar situations in the future, as I am sure other customers may face the same issue.
