Complaint

I went there..I waited for 20 min without anyone attending to me.. was is because I am a lady.. they attended other cars it got to a point where I waited on the pump and other cars came from behind they got attended to. Even a person who is using "Isigubu". Wrote an email to them on Friday the day of the incidence but just got a ref no one responded till today.. is this how customers are treated at BP express in Dobsonvill even the head office is this how you gonna shut your customers . The incident took place on Friday last week between 10:30 and 11:00
