Complain about our provident fund money

I used to work at Luipaard BP garage in Krugersdorp I have resigned on 2023 March till today I have never received my provident with all my other colleagues while the owners used to deduct the money every month and some of my former colleagues were unfairly dismissed. Can please South Africans law help by intervention we have tried everywhere to get help but nothing happened. The Owner of the Garage is Mr Hendrick kganyago he is a well known Business.
