CHARGING OF OLD PETROL PRICE

To Whom It May Concern,<br> <br> I had an extremely bad experience this morning filling up petrol. On arrival, the pumps still reflected the old petrol price, when I spoke to the attendant he said that I would be charged the new price, when it came to paying I paid the old price however the new price reflected on my slip. The management blamed the attendant for telling me a \lie"by saying I would pay the new price and did not accept any responsibility. He blamed BP head office for not changing the price at the pumps.
