Charged an incorrect petro amount and still waiting for my refund

I went to Ladysmith BP in Langlaagte on Saturday 24th to pour petrol for R300 . Firstly the attendant couldn't open my petrol cap to pour petrol and eventually after some assistance on my part he poured R300. I then gave him my bank card and was waiting for him to give me the machine to punch in my pin but this never happened. Eventually after hesitation from the attendant without punching the pin , I stepped out the car to find out why is he stalling only to realize that he has charged me R3000 instead of R300. I don't know how he managed to override the system and not get me to punch in my pin so I feel this must have been a **** on his part. I asked him what his issue was and he just called another guy who is apparently a supervisor to assist. The supervisor went on to send a 'please call me ' to some manager as he did not have airtime on his phone. I had to give him my phone to use and call the manager who instructed him on what he had to do. He then proceeded to do a refund of R2700 and was told that the money would be refunded that evening. Its now Monday and my refund has still not been processed and I need the money to pay for my debit orders. I now need to know if BP will pay for my unpaid charges and costs of using my phone to phone the manager. I also think that BP should hire competent attendants as I cannot stomach a stupid error which should have been prevented if someone paid attention to detail

Reviewer Update
This incident happened on Saturday(24th) and to date(29th) has still not been resolved. My refund has still not been processed and have been told to check with my bank because 'they are the ones withholding the refund'. I have had to make calls and at no single time has anyone from BP ever called me back to update me or advise what happened. This is except the e-mail I got which in simple terms was saying they could not care less about the problem as they just made an honest mistake which has to date left me short of R2700? I honestly find this kind of service to be appalling and to compound he matter , no one has even bothered to apologize for this mishap. I have been told that it was an 'honest mistake' but given the attitude of ; 'just move on'! The BP head office has not been helpful either and it seems the matter has been left with me to take up with my bank as if the error was made by the bank. So this is how BP treats customers who they have wronged??
