Car Wash Refused

I went yesterday to the BP in Gordon Rd next to the Berg Center to get my car washed at about 16:15. I was informed that the can't wash my car due to that the close at 17:00.

There was only 2 vehicle's being washed and I was told it take more than a hour to wash a car. I asked for the manager and he stated that cut of time was at 16:00. There is no information stating this or that there times have changed.

Despite this they did wash my vehicle and 2 other after my vehicle, so where was this cut of time?
