CAR DAMAGED, no one interested in assisting

GOOD DAY

I took my car in for a wash and dry over a week ago, my vehicle was a) not washed probably and I landed up re-washing it myself b) my paint was st********** my bonnet by the windscreen wiper. The staff were extrude. I did speak to AVELA who has failed to take responsibility for the damage and the shoddy excuse for a car wash I also had to pay R60 for the wash

AVELA is ignoring my attempts at communicating Please can someone assist. This is still your Brand under question and being represented Can someone please assist
