BP\PnP Limited Edition Collectable Cars

Good Day.

Bp is running a promotion for Limited Edition Collectable Cars after you fill R500+ fuel 4 times and swipe your PnP card.

I received my first SMS at the end of May 2025 and went to the Kyalami BP Branch to claim the first collectable car. They were out of stock. I went to the Waterfall BP branch, and they were also out of stock. I went to both branches every week and they informed me that they did not receive new stock and have no idea if or when they will receive stock.

I find it very misleading that a promotion runs until 3rd August, but the BP stations are out of stock as early as end of May.

Furthermore, calling the Call Centre is futile. I've called 4 times and on all 4 occasions I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes without any assistance. "Your Call Will Be Answered Shortly".

As suggested by the FAQs, with the price of fuel, I cannot drive around looking for a BP with stock.

My 8 year old son is very disappointed, and I hate for him to be disappointed. His words are that I should stop filling at BP because they run a promotion to get people to fill at their station. But when you go to collect the promotional item, they are out of stock. They are misleading the public.

I agree with him.
