BP Waterkloof Ridge unaware of Vitalitydrive fuel rewards

<p>I went to BP Waterkloof Ridge on Solomon Mahlangu Dr in Pretoria to fill up my tank using the Vitalitydrive fuel reward. I informed the petrol attendent of this but he was unaware of the process and requested the assistance of his supervisor- DAVID MAWELA. The petrol attendent explained to him but to my dismay, the supervisor turned to me and responded in a condescending and extremely dismissive manner that "a go kgonagale, o kreya di rewards mara o kase tshele petrol ka tsona" which means "that is impossible, you can get rewards but you cannot buy fuel with them". I then showed him the text from Discovery Insure but he just would not budge. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of courteous customer service. This was not the first time I use fuel rewards at a BP and for a supervisor to dismiss me in the manner he did like I know nothing I am talking of is flabbergasting. Very disappointing..</p>
