BP / vodabucks coupon

BP garage Belhar - myself and my husband have been trying to fill up feul using R100 VODABUCK coupon. We've been trying since the beginning of June and now it's almost month end and still they are unable to assist, they say that the machine is not set up and was apparently going to call head office the following Monday 14 June, up until today to problem was not resolved yet, should we just accept that we gonna loose out on our coupon which we also had to pay an amount for? This is ridiculous as we past 2 caltex garages to get to BP Belhar because we were always fond of their service but now we feel very disappointed. To be honest we used vodabucks coupons at BP Belhar before sometime in last year so I don't know what's the issue this year and most of the attendance don't even know what we talking about.
