BP Truck Inn Laanglagte sold me contaminated fuel!!!

I still haven't heard from BP regarding the contaminated fuel that they sold me on 7 December 2021. I be sent numerous emails and all they do is give a turnaround time of 24 or 48 hours for feedback. I just wish someone can come forward and take responsibility or ownership because how many other vehicles got damaged from filling up at that petrol station on that day? How much damage do they want to cost to people who rely on their vehicles for transportation?
