BP - System Error = Customers Problem

Petrol Tenant did not swipe our rewards cards correctly, so we did not get points. When asked to do it correctly as our points did not reflect, they could not do that. The manager lacked the competence to resolve the situation, so we left losing out on our points.

We have never experienced this at any BP stations except this one in PE.
