I received the worst service from the manager, Connie. What was most disappointing was that she did not even have the decency to come out of the shop and speak to me directly regarding my query. Instead, she told the staff that she was knocking off and left the matter for someone else to deal with.

I find this extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from a manager. A customer should not have to chase a manager for assistance or feel dismissed when raising a legitimate concern.

Fortunately, the petrol attendant (Itumeleng) took the initiative to listen to my query, review the situation and ultimately resolve the matter. I appreciate the assistance I received from him, but I am extremely disappointed by the way Connie handled the situation.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed, as customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the time of day or whether a manager is about to knock off.
