BP Southern Africa failure to respond to correspondence and failure to solve problems

I am giving 1 star because that is the minimum the Hello Peter allows. It seems BP Southern Africa treats all its loyal customers with total disdain. Despite taking my issue up directly with them via email on 2 occasions, they have studiously ignored me. I then turned to Hello Peter and wrote a negative review, with the hope that they would at least respond to me in any manner whatsoever, however they failed to respond, its beyond disdain for their customers. It's downright rude.
