BP South Africa rewards program a joke

The BP rewards program seems to be a joke. Since its inception, I have registered and filled up at the BP at Silver Oaks, Pretoria East. I fill up 4 vehicles weekly and up to date have not been successful in redeeming a single cent on fuel or at the express shop. Every time they have a different excuse. Is it possible that pressure be put on BP to explain why their so-called rewards program does not work? Maybe we should all stand together and rather support a different oil company.
