BP South Africa ignorangeto customer complaint

I have now been struggling to get help from BP SA after the incident of 07 Jan 2015 around 11:20 I at BP service station in Kiasha Park for R100 petrol in to a Renult megane 1.6. I have escalated that to the head office and Rhulani Cauke has promised to call me and she has not called. I had to call every third day to follow up on the query and I keep being told that they are escalating. I sent emails and all they do is ignore me. the petrol I asked for was not dispensed into the car and I paid for it and had to incur extra charges requesting for assistance from people who had to bring me fuel. Rhilani promised to review the CCTV footage and get back to me but she has since disappeared.<br> What is more frustrating is that I have to make calls often to find out what is happening and I keep being told it is being escalated. it looks like they are hoping that I will just give up and forget about the query.
