BP Sommerset road proves itself once more!

<p> </p> <p>THIS is how customer service should be!</p> <p>Since posting my positive review of BP on Somerset Road, Green Point a few weeks ago;</p> <p> </p> <p>I have received calls to acknowledge and thank me for my review 3 TIMES,</p> <p>I have been thanked, in person, by the staff at BP Somerset Road, Green Point AND </p> <p>I STILL receive the same fantastic customer service every single time.</p> <p> </p> <p>My most recent experience was with my confusion surrounding my fuel account. Sheree (the wonderful woman in the office) took time out of her day to sit down and explain the entire process to me without getting fed up in ANY way, that meant a great deal to me.</p> <p>All the managers in the store are wonderful, so incredibly friendly and the staff will ALWAYS greet with a smile, even when they are busy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I LOVE going to fill up at BP Somerset. </p> <p> </p> <p>Guys, you are the benchmark!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you very, very much for always taking the time out to satisfy.</p>
