BP SOMERSET ROAD - Outstanding customer service! EVERYTIME

<p>The BP garage in Somerset Road, Green Point, Cape Town, has to be the best service station I have come across.</p> <p>I work in Camps Bay so I have been to every single petrol station in the area and there is a reason I drive all the way through to BP in Somerset Road.</p> <p>The customer service is absolutely OUTSTANDING. Each and every time I go there I am directed to an open pump and greeted with huge smiles from the attendants. They will always offer to check my tires, oil or water, they always wash my windows if I pop into the Pick n Pay express and even when the station is very busy, they never brush you aside.</p> <p>I have never waited for more than 60 seconds before being attended to and the attendants never get agitated if I am on a call. Instead, they wait for me or wash my windows.</p> <p>The place is always clean, the staff are energetic and really always happy to help.</p> <p>The fact that the managers actually walk around to the customers and interact with them is incredible.</p> <p> </p> <p>By far the best petrol station I have ever been to.</p> <p> </p> <p>BP Somerset, THANK YOU!</p>
