BP seem to let sleeping dogs lie

BP South Africa don’t care about incidents at there stations ... maybe someone needs to be ****ed for them to take note.

2 weeks ago , Saturday 2pm . Myshusband and myself were held at gunpoint and ****** .. the sad thing is the members of Bp Jan smuts (manager ) was abrasive rude and arrogant when I went to collect the footage.. I asked basic questions and he became argumentative.

Besides the staff being rude and the petrol station itself old and dirty along with the so called hanger arounds its seriously needing a shake up.

After my complaint to Bp , no one came forward to my complaint . I then called again and eventually the so called area manager of Bp called me .. I wasn’t looking for sympathy, free petrol , all I wanted to know was a few questions to be answered . He said he would call me 48 hours later ... 48hrs became a week. I sent him a msg lastnight saying how sad it is that a incident at BP stations is snubbed off .. he read and still hasn’t rep**** ...

One question I wanted to know ? Is a petrol attendant allowed to leave the car when it’s been filled .. why I ask is because on my traumatic day the attendant put in the petrol and disappeared until well after we were held at gunpoint .. not accusing .. asking. I can’t undetstand why such a serious incident is ignored ...

Would BP have responded had myself or my husband been shot and ****ed in broad daylight at the station...????

BP Jan Smuts is a accident waiting to happen...
