BP Rivonia and BP Bromhof

I have been filling 93 unleaded at BP Bromhof and BP Rivonia Service station. The petrol attendants are using the 93 pump but yet when I am billed it displays 95 unleaded and I am charged R19.54 per litre for 95 fuel. Why are these service stations trying to **** me?
