Disappointing Experience with BP Rewards Card

I recently signed up for the BP Rewards Card at the Waterval East Rustenburg garage, but unfortunately, it's been a frustrating experience. The program's numerous unreasonable terms and conditions render it nearly useless.

Key issues include:

- Inability to use the card for in-store purchases - Limited redemption options, requiring a visit to Pick n Pay Express - Frequent technical issues with BP card machines ("offline" errors)

It seems BP blindly followed industry trends without considering customer needs. I urge them to reassess and revamp this initiative.
