BP Radiokop didn't do, again.

Regarding Poor Service at BP Radiokop again !

a complaint about the consistently poor service I have experienced at your BP station in Radiokop.

On , at approximately midnight, I stopped at your station with a friend to refuel and make purchases from the shop. we often travel late hours and rely on service stations like yours for reliable service. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

Despite instructing the attendant to put R200 worth of petrol into my vehicle, this was not done. Upon realizing the error, I went into the shop to address the issue, only to be completely ignored by the staff. This dismissive behavior is unacceptable and echoes a previous incident where my friend, during a complaint to your manager, Edward, was also treated poorly and told to wait outside.

While I appreciate the owner's call some weeks ago to apologize for the earlier incident, it seems that little has been done to address the root cause of these service issues. This latest experience reinforces a pattern of neglect and unprofessionalism that does not align with the standard expected from a BP station.

we travel extensively and interact with many service stations nationwide. Regrettably, the service at this station again ranks among the top worst we have encountered, maybe nr 1 with the staff blatantly ignoring me as they did before
