Bp petrol Station horrible service from manager in dobsonville and unsatisfactory Service from complaints resolution

BP overall is an amazing service station and I don't remember at any point in time having any service issues with them until I went to the one in Dobsonville near the Dobsonville Mall, the manager is rude and has no communication nor people skills and without hesitation she told me to go so Sasol, when I reported it and also try to get assisted with the initial problem I had I got no assistance and that *****ed the image I had for the entire brand...till date I've gotten in touch with the other 4 major stations including the Sasol she so rudely sent me to and I go assisted immediately! Non of my businesses will be using bp going forward that's for sure!
