BP Petrol Station Did not Care About My Safety

I went to the BP in Rustenburg on the R24 accross Orange Grove, to have a SLOW puncture fixed, it took about a week to require a quick pump at the gas station. The next morning (Yesterday) I woke up to a car flat on the ground, I took it back to get repaired and the man said now it is done by a professional. Today, again my car's tyre is flat to the ground, the dangerous thing about this is the that I almost lost control on the R24 freeway as the tyre instantly deflated, I am now stranded stuck next to the freeway, 2 minutes away from this BP and they cannot assist me. My tyre now went from having a slow puncture I could live with to a totally ruined tyre, I want my tyre replaced for their negligence, it was almost my, my partner and a minor's life, we almost died this after a price hike from R80 the day we found out what it will cost to R120 then suddenly R100. Their R20 to R40 selfish tip almost made a mother lose both her kids and son in law in just a few seconds, I want my tyre replaced!
