BP PETROL FRANCHISES ONTO THE **** GRAVY TRAIN

I have used this service station for several years now, and have generally been extremely happy with their smiling forecourt staff and the convenience of the Pick n N store Unfortunately they have recently jumped onto the "Gravy Train of ****mers" I was there at the beginning of February, filled up my tank, the amount came to R890.00 Once I had used my electronic wallet I noticed that the charge was R1304.00. The attendant quickly apologised and said he had read the numbers from the pump next to mine by mistake and he would call his manager. The manager then came out and apologised and said he would credit me that amount and that I should pay the R890.00 Which I did, using my electronic wallet again. He, the manager, then handed me a receipt for a refund for the R1304.00 which he produced from another one of those handset banking machines. I take the receipt, and for some unusual reason actually put it into my wallet. Two weeks go by, and the charges for R1304 and R890 went off my bank statement immediately but no refund. I go back to the station and speak with the owners who swear there is no **** and that the R1304 refund has left their account. They also show all the transactions going off another account number from Nedbank (not mine) and swear all is legit. Needless to say with all the back and forth I still do not have my money! Please be careful, I will never use that station again!
