BP - Over Filling and Over Charging!!!

Writing another review as ZERO response from BP SA or BP Service Station at Elgin Road, Birchleigh, Kempton Park. On a previous review I described how they over-filled and over-charged me on filling a tank only capable of 40L with 47.9L, and was told this is normal and happens all the time!! Despite numerous people reading my mails from BP SA, nobody has the decency, or integrity to respond to resolve. Everyone is hiding or avoiding responsibility. No wonder everything in the country is going downwards ... incompetence at it's best!!
