BP Northmead

BP Northmead Card machine not working. I was told to go pay at the shop . Nobody had any idea what I was talking about So I went back to the pumps. My attendant was nowhere on sight. Somebody else found him, he takes my card and ignores my BP card and pick and pay card and then after the transaction is through he tells me that machine is not working for the other cards No apologies. Terrible service
