bp no communication/ no responsibility

i was a bp dealer for 12 years...in Oct 2014 i reported a possible leak.3 months later a contractor informs me there was nothing wrong,& i should continue to trade.i still found losses so i reported the matter again.bp sent contractor out and and work was scheduled to be done in July 2015(9 months later)
i have lost thousands of rands. After the neighbor complaining of a petrol smell out of their drains..and only once this was make public did bp actually wake up.it is now 7 months and my site is still closed
in dec 2015 i decided to end my contract with bp(due to the lack of a communication and positive feedback)
it took them 4 weeks to acknowledge my cancellation letter...and a further few weeks to respond ...
i cannot get hold of my manager or her manager...they do not take my calls, reply to my sms or emails.
bp cannot even find my conrtact i signed with them
bp says that they will not compensate me for all the losses i have incurred (bp say i am in breech of contract as i have bought fuel from a 3rd party)
the leak of a fuel line and failure to fix it ..is a matter on its own and has nothing to do with fuel purchase
It seems that bp will not take responsibility for their actions
