BP Morninghill Nightmare

On 24/01/2025, I visited the BP at Morninghill. The employee who assisted me neglected to secure the water bottle after filling it. As a result, the bottle remained open, causing the cooling system to malfunction and leading to my car overheating. The owner blamed me and said his insurance won't pay. His insurance Garagesure rejected the claim said I must bring more evidence while the BP have +10 of CCTV footage which they can check from.
