BP Melrose Arch: you are ******* and obnoxious *****

In response to the review that I wrote on the 04 February. On the 13 January 2020 I took my car to the BP in Melrose Arch for a car wash and my Calvin Klein watch was ******. I reviewed you on Hello Peter, I received a call from Head Office where I voiced my frustration. On the 12 February BP writes on my review that the issue was resolved? Kindly indulge me of this resolution that I am unaware of. NOTHING has been resolved. A watch was ****** from a loyal customer who is still seeking restoration! Don’t you dare lie on public platforms. There has been no resolution!
