BP Mayfair Management sticks!

So on Tuesday 3rd of October I took my dad’s car to have his tank filled up at BP Mayfair (Church street and 3rd avenue) as he was not feeling too well and the petrol price going up. I personally have 2 cars which I fill up once a month at BP Mayfair and my dad fills up there as well, they literally just down the road.

Obviously they are busy because of the price increase, I am patient and wait until an attendant comes to me and directs me to a pump, I wait again until another attendant tells me that this pump does have any petrol and should go forward to the other pump. I wait again and ask the attendant but he is rude and tells me to wait for the pump in front of me, the attendant at this pump is finally done and says to me I should go to another pump , I am really annoyed now as I have my dad in the car as well as the 3 kids and my mum. I ask him if he can please call the manager, Mind you I am right in front of the managers ‘’Office” he has a transparent glass heres the fuss but not once in the 15 minutes that I am there does he come out. Remember this is peak time at around 5pm when people get back from work and with the price increase it is obviously busy. I ask the attendant 3 times to call for him but the attendant refuses. I am certain there is video footage of all this. When the manager finally comes out I realise he is the same man I had an altercation with a few months back which I will also relate. I confront him and ask him why the management and attendant attitude is so poor?? Immediately he goes on the offensive screaming, shouting and swearing at me. Things get really ugly because I will not take it and Raise my voice as well. He makes the remark that I have no respect for an elder (I am probably just a few years younger than him) and says my dad is sitting there like a ***ard not disciplining me, remember my dad was not feeling well as he is a diabetic and has high blood pressure.

I could not believe this man, as a manger surely he should have customer etiquette or simple good manners. But he is the opposite he is aggressive abusive with absolutely no regard for his customer. It seemed as if though he was doing me a favour when I asked to assist with the pump story. I admit when he first came to me aggressively I did not like it and I too was rude and simply told him he was not doing his job properly, but in no way was his manner justified after that. Besides our 3 vehicles being filled up at BP Mayfair monthly I also frequent the convenience store to buy pies ,cigarettes and milk. I absolutely will never return to this establishment.

The altercation I had before was a few months ago I filled up and this same manager Zunaid parks infront of me (white hatchback) very inconsiderately and makes it really difficult for me to go around. I simply asked why not be considerate to other patrons , and I got the same ugly disgusting response from him , but on this occasion he actually used the statement “I am the owner I'l do what I want!”

I went in the store here I found another gentleman that I spoke to , he was the second manager and said I should contact the owner and Zunaid was NOT the owner.
