BP Lenasia South refuses to replace my petrol cap

I am honestly disgusted by the service i have received from BP in Lenasia South next to the Trade Route Mall. I went there on the 11th of August(my birthday) to pour petrol and the petrol attendant didnt put my petrol tank cap back where he found it. I went back on Monday to complain after i realised on sunday that it wasnt there. To date the management at the petrol station has been giving me a run around. I have been there 6 times already and i keep getting the same story from Mohamed and Amor that they can't find it. Ofcourse they can't find it but it needs to be replaced because i am driving around with a car that doesnt have a cap on the petrol tank. Is this how we treat our customers? Pathetic behavior based on the color of my skin. If this was an indian or white person complaining they would have replaced it already. I have spent more petrol driving to this petrol station just for them to keep telling me that they watched the tape. Like the tape is going to replace what they lost. It was pure negligence and it needs to be fixed.
