BP Lambton

My previous experience was that BP in Lambton Gardens in Germiston had amazing service and that I would never use another petrol station. However, after this mornings experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I wanted to withdraw money form the PNP Express, but I was told that I had to purchase something first. As a Capitec client, who has withdrawn money from other BP Pick N Pay Express shops and well as supermarkets, this is not common practice, nor is it legal. When I asked why, I was told that is is the managers 'law'. This is thievery at it's finest. I will no longer be a customer at this Petrol Station. My business will be taken elsewhere. Where there is honesty and lawful business practice.
