BP ILLOVO HAS THE WORST MANAGER EVER

about 6am this morning I filled R200 and then went into the garage on returning to the car the attendant was know were to be seen , he left the fuel line in my tank which I did not notice and pulled forward to look for him so I could pay him .the fuel line bro as well as my petrol cap .went inside spoke to the manager he said he will have a look at the footage and let me know .7:50am I went to the garage to see if he had a look at the footage and was told that he does not have the time to look at it , so I asked when he will look at it he said he don't know , and what about the damage on my car , he the said HE WILL NOT PAY A SINGAL CENT AND I CAN DO WHAT I WANT , THIS IS SAD . IS THIS THE MORALS AND VALUES THAT THE BP INSTILL IN ITS FRANCHISE OWNERS. I said lets sit down and have a look at the footage IT WOULD TAKE 5 MINS so we asses what must be done, I WAS THEN TOLD THAT HE DOES NOT EARN A MEASLY SALARY LIKE ME THEREFOR HE HAS NO TIME TO WAIST ON THIS MATTER ,now MY CAR would should fix the damage on my ,WHAT A SAD THING .i do have insurance on the car however principal of the matter that there attitude and disrespect that the manager has unbeliveble .
