BP Igqagqa Tembisa

On the 23 Feb 24 the petrol attendant refuse to pump the tyres after taking my money for petrol. I don't know if I am wrong but when you put some petrol at the garage they should ask you if they can check tyres , oil and water for you. The guy told me that now I start like others when I ask him for pumping and he is not afraid of management, I told him nicely lets not argue about this , I pointed another petrol attendant who was busy pumping other customer's tyres and his reply was the customer is a woman and I am the man, I complaint to cashier (Oscar) who was not helpful at all and he gave me the wrong details of the manager , eventually I managed to trace the manager (Ntswaki) via the telephone and she promised to investigate and revert back to me, since then I have never receive any communication from her. Now I see why the guy was so confident when he says "I am not afraid of management" hence management are doing nothing about it even after I complaint about the service. The guy's attitude is on another level and the fact that he used the word "like others" it means this was not the first time he is doing this hence he knew that nothing is going to happen. I am very disappointed with BP service station.
